Why is Synthetic Vit C (ascorbic acid/ascorbate) so detrimental to your energy?
For starters, according to professor Richard is the fact that nearly all synthetic vitamin C today are manufactured from genetically modified (GMO) corn, beets, tapioca, or cassava.
Another startling revelation Richard writes “synthetic ascorbic acid has been shown to destroy beneficial probiotic bacteria in the human gut and to cause oxidative stress”

The bottom line is that synthetic Vit C and/or ALL forms of ascorbic acid act as a toxic substance in your body, and has been known for over 70 years!
